Born in Ghana, Africa and a former D1 athlete at SEMO University, owner Kweku Arkoful opened Be Chosen Academy to follow his passion of wellness after being diagnosed with a heart disease. He inspires members daily with his relentless positivity and realness through coaching adult fitness, and elite athletes in our programs.
